Atlanduz is an India-registered limited liability partnership that provides the Atlanduz HRM platform. In this policy, “Atlanduz”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Atlanduz.

We collect information you provide directly to us (such as name, business email and company details when you request a demo), information collected automatically through your use of our website (such as device and usage data), consented website-navigation analytics, and employee data processed on behalf of our customers within the Atlanduz HRM platform.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve Atlanduz HRM, respond to enquiries, process payroll and HR data on behalf of our customers, communicate product updates, and meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including those that apply to us in India.
4. Data Residency & Storage
We use service providers and hosting infrastructure appropriate to operating the platform. Applicable data-hosting arrangements and any cross-border processing are described in the customer agreement or other applicable service documentation.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors necessary to operate the service (such as cloud hosting providers), and only under contractual data-protection obligations.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Requests can be made by contacting privacy@atlanduzhrm.com.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
