Our Story
Atlanduz HRM was founded to solve a problem we saw first-hand: HR teams in the UK and UAE were stuck choosing between generic global platforms that ignored local regulations, or spreadsheets held together with hope. We built Atlanduz HRM to be the platform that actually understands PAYE, WPS, Emiratisation reporting and pension auto-enrolment — without sacrificing a great day-to-day experience for employees.
